Hidden Block stands apart in many ways, not least of which in its geography, aspect, and clonal difference. The nose is generous with aromas of black cherry, cola nut, and a touch of mint. On the palate, it is fuller-bodied than the other pinot blocks, expressing ripe cherry, sandalwood, and spice. The tannins are present and fine-grained while the bright acidity lifts the palate. This is a crowd-pleaser, though it will evolve over the next 3-5 years. 189 Cases Produced.
