With its beautiful garnet hue, Hidden contrasts our other Pinot Noir blocks. This wine offers black fruit aromas quintessential to clone 115. The nose is packed with black plum, rosewater, cedar, and chocolate. Flavors of plum, cedar, and cumin spice evolve with time in the glass. Hidden block is generous in fruit and mouth-filling on the palate, yet offers balanced acidity, plush tannins, and structure. Drink on its own or enjoy with heartier fare. This wine is drinking well now and will continue to evolve over the next 3-5 years. 157 cases produced.
