Each year, Holly’s Cuvée aims to showcase the old vine chardonnay at Spring Ridge in a complete picture. 2017 is packed with an intense mineral nose layered with brioche, Meyer lemon, gala apple, and acacia. On the palate, the rich mouthfeel balances on a structured frame, with bright acidity and a long finish, leaving the impression of fresh-cut apple, toast, and a hint of gunflint.
